The Dr. Fran and our staff at Hollyberry Animal Hospital are committed to providing the best quality medicine available to companion pets and their human families. Our staff is well-informed and enthusiastic about animal health and well-being.

Don't worry about fighting traffic to pick-up your pet. For your convenience, we offer extended office hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7 pm until 9 pm. Feel free to call us with any questions or concerns that you may have about your pet.

Annual Exams
We recommend that all pets have a comprehensive physical exam performed by a veterinarian on an annual basis. These exams provide for early detection of abnormalities and prompt action which can help to ensure a happy, healthy, long life for your pet. Preventative health care also includes regular vaccinations, parasite control, base line bloodwork, dental care and good nutrition.

Geriatric Care
We recommend that senior pets visit the veterinarian twice a year for a comprehensive senior wellness exam. This is a physical exam with additional diagnostic tests that screen for early disease, infections, diabetes, anemia, and immune problems. These tests also assess the functions of the renal, liver and kidneys for early detection of such diseases. Additional diagnostics such as radiographs, ECG's and ultrasounds may be recommended.

Puppy/Kitten Care
To protect your pet, we recommend that puppies and kittens have the following the regemented vaccanation series:

• 8 weeks: complete physical examination, vaccine series & fecal test
• 12 weeks: complete physical examination, vaccine series
• 16 weeks: complete physical examination, vaccine series
• 6 months: spay or neuter
