Hollyberry Animal Hospital has facilities specifically engineered to aid in the care and treatment of exotic animals. In our state-of-the-art ICU, we have treatment cages specially designed for avian species as well as a small mammals.

Our veterinarians treat a wide variety of exotic animals:

• Birds
• Reptiles
  
• Small companion or pocket pets (bunnies, ferrets, etc.)
• Wildlife medicine and surgery

ICU Recovery Area

The ICU cages are custom designed for the comfort of the patients. All cages are individually heated for the patients that are recovering from surgery or that are critically ill. We also have an oxygen treatment cage for our exotic animals.

The avian treatment cage is heated on both top and bottom so perching birds are comfortable. Multilevel perches are available. The cage can be equipped with oxygen and nebulizers for sick birds.The small mammal and reptile cage has extra small spaces between bars to prevent escape.
